The McLean Trophy is awarded by North Wellington AFC to the Player's Player of the Year of the Women's Premier team each season.

The McLean trophy is kept at the Clubrooms, 50 Phillip Street, Johnsonville, Wellington.
It is named after Gary McLean, coach of the Women's Premier team (1980-82).
In 1989 there is no inscription on this trophy.
